HMS 1 & 2 (Heavy Melting Steel Scrap)

Commodity: HMS 1&2 +/- 95:5% with the international ISRI standard. It will probably be more than 95% of the HMS 1.

Quantity: 500 - 1.000 MTS (1*) per month to start, and build up a good business relationship

Origin: Canada

Payment terms: T/T (CAD) - after confirmation of availbility of funds by the buyer's bank

Loading start: within 10 days after confirmation of the blocked funds.

Unloading rate: not applicable

Shipping: Containerized

Price: _____USD/MTS F.A.S. depending on the moment of the sale, the price can vary! It will be reviewed monthly against the AMM journal.

Procedure:

1. ICPO from the end-buyer

2. Contract signed

3. Funds proven by the buyer

4. F.A.S. delivery at the port of Montreal (2**)

5. T/T payment within 48 hours against documents

6. Shipping arranged by the buyer (responsibility exclusively of the buyer)

(1*) = Quantity: We suggest to start small to build up a long lasting relationship. Small means faster, less complicated operation and less risk. Once we build the relationship, we can increase the quantity.

(2**) = procedure for the F.A.S. delivery and payment: Once we sign the contract, we will wait until we get the notice of the availbility of funds from the buyer's bank. Based on that, we will start loading the containers. At the same time, the buyer will arrange for the vessel and send us the information of when the vessel is going to be available at the port of Montreal. We will be taking pictures of the container when it is 1/4 loaded, then when the container is 1/2 loaded, 3/4 loaded and finally when the container is fully loaded. All this, with the reference of each container, and at the end with the official SEAL of the container with all documentation in place. Should the buyer require extra certification (not compulsory and not included), we can arrange for that with an independant inspector. The containers will all be at the port of Montreal at the moment we will issue the invoice, photos and notice of sealing. At this moment, the buyer's bank must immediately send the funds via T/T. Once we receive the funds, the containers are released for the buyer to have them loaded onto his vessel. We also have other types of scrap metal available like Aluminium Scrap, Tin Scrap, Copper Scrap, etc...
