The coffee EMEXI Internacional offers is a supreme Arabica coffee with extraordinary characteristics. It is composed of exceptional beans which get special care throughout the whole process to outline the organoleptical qualities of acidity, body and aroma, produced under a very strictly controlled handmade process from which it gets its worldwide recognized quality.
Our coffee won three gold medals of which two were issued by the “Agence pour la Valorisation des Produits Agricoles” (AVPA) in the worldwide competition of 2005 and 2007 in Paris, France, considering it the best coffee of the whole world, and one gold medal issued at the Ethnic Food Show 2005 in London, UK, with the mention of exceptional quality, all this contributing to our coffee being the very first one to get the Designation Of Origin from Veracruz, Mexico. It is also certified as a Veracruz Coffee Type SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America), grade: SPECIALTY.
Characteristics:
The notes of caramels, nuts, chocolates and spices distinguish it as a coffee from the region.
The 26.22 hectares at an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level with cultures on top of volcanic soil, characterized by its highly potential for the cultures in an aromatic and micro sub-tropical climate, give unique characteristics for the production of this extraordinary coffee, which besides its marvelous course, thanks to its Designation of Origin, is unique in the whole world.
